“Chef Marvin and Ryan made our 6-person birthday dinner an unforgettable experience! Each of the four courses were outstanding. The seared scallops appetizer was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The seasonal salad (grilled peaches, burrata, and a prickly pear dressing) was loved by all. And the rack of lamb was the best lamb any of us have had. The dessert, a dark chocolate flan with raspberries, was decadent!
From planning with Chef Marvin before the meal, through the end of the night (including thoughtful touches like a birthday candle for the birthday guy), the process was smooth and communication was quick and clear. Ryan took great care of our group during the meal from start to finish!
